This refund policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for Vyntic Studio projects. Your written plan and invoices set out the exact amounts and dates for your project, and they take priority over this general policy if the two ever differ.
Website and design projects
- Projects are paid in stages that match the milestones in your written plan
- The first payment reserves your start date and covers planning and setup work
- If you cancel before any work has started, we refund the first payment in full
- If you cancel after work has started, we keep payment for the work completed up to that point and refund anything paid for stages not yet started
- Payments for milestones you have approved are not refundable
SEO, local SEO and monthly services
- Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with notice before the next billing date
- We do not refund part of a month that has already started, but the work for that month is still delivered
- Search results depend on Google and other platforms, so we cannot promise specific rankings, and refunds are not based on ranking changes
Care plans
Care plans run month to month unless your plan says otherwise. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
Free audits and consultations
Our website audits and first calls are free, so there is nothing to refund.
Third-party costs
Costs we pay to other companies on your behalf, such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, themes, fonts, stock images or advertising spend, are not refundable once purchased. Where a provider offers its own refund, we will help you request it.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your name, project and the reason for your request. We reply within five working days, and approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within fourteen days.
