This privacy policy explains how Vyntic Studio ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us or use our free tools. We keep it short and plain, and we only collect what we need to reply to you and run our business.

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes, audits and proposals
  • To deliver and support the work you hire us for
  • To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse
  • With your consent only, to measure how the website is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Legal basis

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on your consent (analytics cookies), steps taken at your request before a contract (quotes and audits), the contract itself (client work) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful website.

Services we use

Some providers process data on our behalf. Our web host stores the website, including the messages you send through our forms, which are also delivered to us by email. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. When you use the AI website planner, the text you type is sent to our AI provider to create your plan and is not used by us for anything else. If analytics are switched on, they only run after you switch them on in the cookie panel or click Accept all.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings button at the bottom of the page. Our cookie policy explains each cookie in detail.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry emails and form submissions for up to two years unless they turn into a project. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually six to seven years. Security logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or limit how we use it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact us and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We work with clients in several countries, so your data may be processed outside your own country. When that happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
